QUILLEN, Judge:

The case at bar presents the difficult question of the accused’s right to, and the prosecution’s privilege against, disclosure of the identity of an informer. See Annot. 76 A.L.R.2d 262.

In this case, the State presented evidence which showed that' an unnamed informer introduced a police officer to the defendant and the defendant sold the police officer heroin. The defense was alibi.
