MEMORANDUM OPINION
The defendant, in immediate response to the complaint filed against him, moved this Court to dismiss the plaintiff's complaint for failure to state a cause of action upon which relief can be granted. In support of his Rule 12(b)(6)1 motion, the defendant asserted: (1) that the plaintiff's complaint fails to sufficiently and specifically plead elements essential to a cause of action for defamation; (2) that defendant's statements are privileged opinions as a matter of law and thus not actionable; and (3) that because of his position as trustee of the St. Thomas-St. John…
