Birds Drainage District v. Cairo, Vincennes & Chicago Railway Co.

This is a writ of error sued out from this court by the Cairo, Vincennes and Chicago Railway Company to review the record of a drainage assessment levied by the commissioners of the Birds Drainage District and confirmed by the county court of Lawrence county against the right of. way of said railway company for benefits received by reason of an improvement by said district.
