This action for declaratory relief was brought by plaintiff and respondent to determine its rights as lessee under a certain oil and gas lease. The question presented to the trial court was whether all of lessee's rights under the lease terminated at the end of twenty years, or whether lessee was entitled to remain in possession of and to operate certain producing wells for so long as oil or gas is produced and marketed from such wells.
