This is an appeal by an insolvent debtor from an order of the Court below adjudicating him an involuntary insolvent, under the provisions of the insolvent law of this State, as enacted by the Act of the General Assembly of 1886, ch. 298, and incorporated into Article 48 of the Code as part thereof. It is section 13 of the Article just mentioned that is material to the determination of this case. By that section it is provided, that “No deed or conveyance executed, or lien created, by any banker, stock-broker, merchant, manufacturer or trader, being insolvent, or in contemplation of…
