MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SCHEINDLIN, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This appeal arises out of interdebtor and intercreditor disputes in the jointly administered bankruptcy proceedings of Adelp-hia Communications Corp. (“ACC”) and 230 of its direct and indirect subsidiaries (collectively “Debtors”), including Arahova Communications, Inc. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries (collectively “Arahova Debtors”). 1 The Debtors’ cases are pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Robert J.
