On August 4, 2016, K. Rex Mayfield [the debtor] filed the above-captioned chapter 13 bankruptcy case. On September 28, 2016, the debtor’s ex-wife, Suzanne May-field [Mayfield] filed a motion to dismiss the debtor’s case for cause and on November 16, 2016, filed a motion for relief from stay.
