DONNELLY, Judge.

1.Appellant, Cecilia Arehunde, appeals from separate orders granting summary judgment in favor of Defendants, International Surplus Lines Insurance Company (ISLIC), General Accident Insurance Company of America (General), and the Albuquerque Public Schools (APS). Appellant raises several issues on appeal which we combine and address as follows: (1) whether the motor vehicle excess liability policy issued by ISLIC to APS provided uninsured (UM) or underinsured (UIM) motorist coverage on behalf of Appellant; (2) whether the motor vehicle insurance policy issued by General…
