The appellee brought this action for damages for refusal to admit him into the hospital at Paducah after he had received an in]ury to his hand, a'nd, as is alleged, he was deprived of prompt and proper medical treatment, and by reason of the failure to have such proper treatment amputation . •of three Ungers of his hand became necessary.
