Reversing.
On the afternoon of December 14, 1908, Mrs. John Wilkins, with, her two children, went from Louisville to Shepherdsville on the train of tbe appellant. When they reached Shepherdsville abont 5:15 p. m. it was dark, and there were no lights npon the platform where the passengers alighted, except the lanterns used by the conductor and brakeman. Mrs. Wilkins’ nncle, Samuel Harskfield, accompanied her npon the trip and assisted her in getting the children from the car to the station. *573Harshfield was carrying the appellee, Elias W.
