This is an appeal from a judgment of suspension in an attorney discipline action brought in district court. In fifty-nine issues, appellant William Ross Teter asserts that the evidence is legally insufficient to support summary judgment that he engaged in professional misconduct and that his conduct was- constitutionally protected free speech.
