Theodore Bailey appeals from the District Court’s order granting Defendants’ motion for summary judgment. For the reasons that follow, we will affirm the District Court’s order.

On March 26, 2004, Mr. Bailey, who is African-American, went to Harleys ville National Bank and Trust (“the Bank”), intending to cash a $1,408.08 check from First American Title Insurance Company, which is a customer of the Bank.
