I. INTRODUCTION

This action is brought under sections 205(g) and 1631(c)(3) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3), and seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (the “Commissioner”). The plaintiff, Lisa Querido (“Querido”), challenges the decision of the Administrative Law Judge to deny her Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) and Social Security Disability Income (“SSDI”) benefits.
