This matter is before the Court pursuant to the Defendant, AMCA International Corp.’s (“AMCA” or “Varco-Pruden”, a unit of AMCA International Corp.) motion for partial summary judgment as to Counts I, II, and III of Plaintiff, Columbus Trade Exchange, Inc.’s (“Tradecorp”) Complaint. The plaintiff has filed a Memorandum Contra, to which the defendant has filed a Reply Memorandum.
