Proceeded against for contempt under the provisions of section 3941m-4, Kentucky Statutes, for violating an *751injunction entered in a proceeding had against her under the provisions of section 3941m-4, Kentucky Statutes, appellant was found guilty by the Daviess circuit court and her punishment fixed at a fine of $500.00 and imprisonment in jail for six months. Her motion and grounds for a new trial were overruled and she appeals.

It is insisted for appellant that the court was without jurisdiction to try and fine her for the contempt…
