MEMORANDUM OPINION
BULLOCK, District Judge.
On June 11, 2002, Old South Home Company (“Plaintiff’) filed suit against Keystone Realty Group, Inc., Keystone Group, Inc., W. Scott Wallace, and Mark Michael (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Defendants”) alleging infringement of Plaintiffs purported copyrights in violation of the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq., and unfair and deceptive trade practices in violation of the North Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act (“NCUTPA”), N.C. Gen.Stat. 75-1.1.
