On the plaintiff’s action seeking to recover under the terms of a lease agreement, the trial judge granted summary judgment for the plaintiff. Held:

1. (a) The principal issue presented is whether the defendant signed the lease in an individual capacity or as agent for a corporation. Under the heading "parties” the lease read: "D. A.
