I. INTRODUCTION

This case involves allegations of housing discrimination against two New York City real estate brokers, Defendants Manhattan Apartments, Inc. (“MA”) and Abba Realty Associates, Inc. (“Abba”) (collectively, “Defendants”). Plaintiff Keith Short, a disabled man who is living with AIDS, solicited Defendants’ services in an attempt to find a suitable rental apartment.
