CAHN, District Judge.
This is an action brought against a labor organization for an alleged breach of its duty of fair representation. Plaintiff, John Bruch (“Bruch”), a union member of the defendant, United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO (the “International”), claims the International failed to represent him fairly in processing a grievance lodged by Bruch against his former employer, Ingersoll Rand Company (“Ingersoll”).
