In this action against defendants Auto-Zone, Inc. and AutoZoners, LLC, the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) seeks.-to correct alleged unlawful employment practices and to provide appropriate relief to three named .individuals and to other unnamed individuals with disabilities who were affected by the defendants’ practices (collectively, the “Aggrieved Individuals”). Defendant AutoZoners, LLC (“Au-toZone”) has moved to “limit the scope of litigation to the three stores in which the three named individuals worked.”…
