OPINION

SPROUSE, Senior Circuit Judge:

Thomas Maybeck pled guilty to two counts of bank robbery and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm in violation of federal law. After he had filed a plea agreement but before he had been sentenced, Maybeck, during a presentencing interview, mischaracter-ized a previous New York state burglary conviction as one involving violence.
