ORDER

CARR, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff Janice Kasprzak has filed a complaint for hostile work environment sexual harassment, retaliation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress against defendant DaimlerChrysler (D/C) as well as a claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress against Theodore Stelmaszak.

Pending is defendants’ motion for summary judgment on all claims. For the reasons that follow, defendants’ motion will be granted as to the retaliation and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims against the Company and denied as to all other claims.
