Appellee, Marianne Borsic James, was employed by appellant, Trumbull County Board of Education, as a teacher at appellant’s Lordstown Elementary multihandicapped unit, working with seventeen students who had a myriad of handicaps, including Down’s Syndrome, mental retardation, cerebral palsy, blindness, and deafness.
