The complaint alleges that the plaintiff is the wife of the defendant, Anthony A. Singer; that the defendants, Anthony A. Singer and Max Singer, are brothers jointly engaged in various business enterprises; that the defendant, Catherine Fuerstenberg, is an office employee of the other defendants.
