The Home Protective Association, a fraternal insurance company of Spring-dale, Ark., issued a certificate of insurance in a varying sum of money to Rosa Woodard, one otf its members. The contract was issued to the plaintiff in January, 1917, and named Jacob Woodard, rhe husband of the assured, as beneficiary. The contract -provided that $100 should be paid to the beneficiary, if death occurred within six months from the date of the contract, and that the contract should be increased by the sum of $12.50 per calendar month, until it reached the maximum sum of $1,000.…
