The plaintiff, Dimitidos Koutsoukos, administrator of the estate of Melissa A. Koutsoukos (decedent), appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendants, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. (Toyota), and Crabtree Motors, Inc. (Crabtree), in this product liability action stemming from a fatal motor vehicle accident.
