—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Barasch, J.), rendered April 6, 1994, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts) and robbery in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant contends that he was deprived of his right to a jury of his own choosing when the court denied his peremptory challenge and seated a Hispanic juror. The defendant’s contention is without merit.
