—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Tomei, J.), rendered November 15, 1993, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
*805Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
There is no merit to the defendant’s contention that he was coerced into waiving his right to be present at the sidebar conferences because the court conditioned such right upon the requirement that the defendant be accompanied by two court officers.
