This action was instituted in the district court of Wagoner county, by Emmett Roberts,. plaintiff, against W. G. Brockman and H. C. Brockman, defendants, on the 2nd.day of February, IMS, to have canceled, vacated, and set aside certain conveyances executed by the plaintiff to the defendants to the following described lands, to wit:
"The south half of the northwest quarter and lots 4 and 5 in section three (3), township nineteen (19) north, range fourteen (14) east, in Tulsa county, Oklahomaand “Northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section sixteen (16), township seventeen (17) north;…
