Appellee held a certificate of membership in appellant association, alleged in the.complaint to be a corporation. The rules and regulations of the association, which were a part of the certificate, contained a stipulation to the effect that if the appellee while an employe of the Pittsburgh Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway Company, should become disabled by sickness or by injury, other than an *125accident, in the service of the employer, he should be entitled to certain disablement benefits.
