This Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552 (2006), action is before the Court on Defendant Federal Bureau of Prison’s (the “Bureau” or “BOP”) Renewed Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment and Memorandum in Support (“Def.’s Renewed Mot.”). The plaintiff opposes the motion and cross moves for summary judgment.
