LARSON, Justice.

Defendant was tried in the District Court of Wasatch County for the larceny of a sheep. From a judgment of conviction he appeals. Two points are involved in this appeal: (1) Was there sufficient evidence of the larceny to submit the case to the jury and to support the verdict?
