McDONOUGH, Chief Justice.

Appellant was convicted of the crime of rape, and he appeals. He predicates his appeal on the following alleged errors: (1) Denial of motion for change of venue. (2) That the verdict was contrary to the great weight of the evidence and unsupported by sufficient evidence. (3) That the court permitted the prosecutrix to remain in the courtroom, and to exhibit the scars on her legs to the jury.
