Reversing.

On the 16th day of March, 1922, the appellant, Niagara Fire Insurance Company, issued a policy of insurance covering the farm house of appellee, J. F. Mul lins, and certain household and kitchen furniture5 therein contained. The amount of the insurance on the house was $1,200.00, and on the household goods $300.00. The policy was-to remain in force for a period of five years. The house was destroyed by fire on the 30th day of September, 1923.
