ROBINSON, Justice

for the Court.

On July 28, 2004, a jury found the defendant, Dean A. Imbruglia, guilty of first-degree robbery in connection with an inci dent that occurred on April 26, 2003. On October 25, 2004, the defendant received a sentence of twenty-five years imprisonment, with twelve years to serve followed by a thirteen-year suspended sentence with thirteen years probation.
