Appellant, Jessie L. Kline, Sr., appeals from the judgment of sentence of an aggregate term of 2-4 years’ incarceration, and 5 years’ consecutive probation, following his conviction for violating provisions of the Solid Waste Management Act (“SWMA” or “the Act”), 35 P.S. § 6018.101 et seq. Appellant’s violation of Section 6018.401(a) (“Section 401(a)”) of the SWMA triggered a mandatory minimum sentence of 2 years’ incarceration, pursuant to Section 6018.606(f) (“Section 606(f)”).
