Defendant was convicted by a jury of burning real property or its contents, 1 conspiracy to burn real property or its contents, 2 burning insured property, 3 and conspiracy to burn insured property. 4 All four convictions were related to a fire at an Inkster party store owned by defendant and his wife. Defendant was sentenced to not less than one nor more than ten years in prison on each conviction, the sentences to run concurrently. He appeals as of right.
