Westover, one of tbe judges of tbe Fifteenth judicial district of this state, a petition and application for a writ of mandamus to tbe board of county commissioners and county clerk of tbe county of Dawes requiring tbe issuance of a warrant in favor of relator on tbe county treasurer of said county for an amount alleged to be due tbe city as its portion of tbe road fund collected off the property within tbe city for tbe years named in tbe petition.
