ROONEY, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order of the district court which reversed the dismissal of appellee from his teaching position by appellant-Board of Trustees for insubordination.
We reverse the district court order.

At the outset, we express disappointment at the failure of those involved in this matter to have acted in a more considered and deliberate fashion.
