ANDERSON, Senior Judge:

A military judge, sitting as a special court-martial, convicted the appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of unauthorized absence and willful disobedience of the order of a superior com*751missioned officer in violation of Articles 86 and 90, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 886 and 890. The appellant was sentenced to confinement for 110 days, forfeiture of $639 pay per month for 4 months, reduction to pay grade E-l, and a bad-conduct discharge.
