This is a products liability action filed by Gary Thompson, by and through his guardian and mother, Pamela Morales, against American Honda Motor Co., Inc., for damages as a result of serious injuries that Gary sustained at age nine and one-half when the Honda motorcycle he was driving collided with a pickup truck.
