This is an action to recover damages for malicious prosecution. The suit was commenced against Commer cial Credit Company and Earl E. Chrisman. The proceeding was abandoned against the latter, bnt continued against the Credit Company, resulting in a verdict in plaintiff’s favor for $7,250, which the lower court refused to disturb and judgment was entered. The Credit Company appeals.
