WALKER, Justice.

This is a Workmen’s Compensation case, Jim Thomas is the workman. He is the plaintiff in the cause, and Employers Reinsurance Corporation, the insurer, is the defendant. Plaintiff was overcome by heat on- August 8, 1950, while at work as an “edger” in a sawmill; and in his original petition he alleged that he had sustained a heatstroke which disabled him, and that this disability would be total for 52 weeks and would thereafter be partial, namely, 50% of total, for 115 weeks.
