MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
RICHARD G. KOPF, District Judge.
On June 7, 2006, this Social Security case was reversed and remanded to the Commissioner pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Plaintiffs counsel has now filed a motion for an award of attorney fees under 42 U.S.C. § 406(b), 2 representing that a fully favorable decision was issued by the Commissioner on January 4, 2008, and that Plaintiff was awarded $42,798.40 in past-due benefits.
