COZORT, Judge.

Plaintiff filed a complaint with the North Carolina State Bar Disciplinary Hearing Committee and alleged that defendant had violated various Disciplinary Rules of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Plaintiffs first claim for relief alleged that defendant improperly converted money sent to him by a client which was intended for another lawyer. The second and fourth claims for relief alleged that defendant failed to respond to subpoenas to produce records by the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar.
