¶1 This is an appeal by Defendant Lyle R. Oleson (Oleson) from a September 15, 1995 order of the Seventh Judicial District Court, Richland County, denying his motion to suppress evidence. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

¶2 On February 28,1995, the Richland County Attorney filed an Information in the Seventh Judicial District Court, Richland County, charging Oleson with one count of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, in violation of § 45-9-102, MCA, and with one count of criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to sell, a felony, in violation of § 45-9-103, MCA.
