MARQUEZ.

In this C.R.C.P. 106(a)(4) action, plaintiff, Clayton B. Phillips, an inmate, appeals the order denying his request for an award of costs from defendants, Gary Watkins, Al Es-tep, Trevor Williams, Jim Day, S. Butler, Endre Samu, Shawn Philip, and Lt. Anthony, all employees of the Department of Corrections (DOC). We affirm.
