MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

YOUNG, District Judge.

These cases are before the Court on the motions for summary judgment filed by all the defendants 1 who argue that the plaintiffs’ claims are barred by the relevant statutes of limitations. In each case the plaintiffs have brought a products liability action for negligence and breach of warranty seeking recovery for personal injuries, loss of consortium, and, in one case, property damage.
