Attorney Byron Stewart pleaded guilty to his fourth charge of driving while intoxicated, resulting in a felony conviction. The Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel (OCDC) seeks to discipline his law license for his violation of the rules of professional conduct. In light of Stewart’s multiple instances of drunken driving and the seriousness of his felony conviction, he is suspended indefinitely from the practice of law with no leave to apply for reinstate*309ment for six months after the mandate is issued.
