By notice of motion dated August 12, 1982, the defendant asks this court to dismiss plaintiff’s action pursuant to CPLR 3211 (subd [a], par 7). The question presented requires the court to construe the meaning of the term “basic economic loss” as it is used in the New York’s No-Fault Law, viz., section 671 of the Insurance Law (New York Comprehensive Automobile Insurance Reparations Act, Insurance Law, art 18, as added by L 1973, ch 13, in full effect Feb. 1, 1974 [hereinafter referred to as No-Fault]).
